    Information Accuracy

  • To use Glistening Waters Riverside Caribbean Restaurant & Bar service you must accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name and make sure all information provided to us is true and accurate.

    • Refunds

  • A non-refundable deposit of £15 per person is required for individual or group restuarent reservations and final numbers MUST be confirmed atleast 24 hours prior to your reservation date and time. Provisional group bookings must be confirmed by payment of deposit within 14 days or considered null and void.

    • Provisional Bookings

  • A booked table will be held for thirty minutes only after which, your reservation will be considered null and void. ALL BOOKINGS should be considered provisional until a receipt of deposit is received from us.

    • Reservation Cancellations

  • When you place a booking with Glistening Waters Caribbean Restaurant & Bar and wish to cancel you should inform us directly. Please ensure that you arrive for your reservation in plenty of time. If you have prepaid in advance please also bring the credit/debit card you used to make the booking.
